They will be responsible for meeting deadlines , bringing unique and fresh ideas to our marketing initiatives , staying on top of fashion and digital trends , and maintaining collaborative communication amongst the leadership, marketing and store teams.We’re interested in candidates who act as entrepreneurs and can cultivate talented teams. And most important, they are team players who want a pretty fun place to work.What you’ll do:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with brand goals.Design and produce visually compelling email campaigns to promote new products, sales, and brand initiatives.Design and develop seasonal apparel collections from concept to production.Research trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes to create fresh and relevant designs.Create mood boards, sketches, CADs, and technical design packages.Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all digital platforms and product visuals.Stay updated with fashion and design trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.What you got:Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong understanding of email marketing design best practices .Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for fashion.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.How we’ll make it pretty fun :Alice & Wonder is an apparel and gift shop curating those hard-to-find gems you can't live without mixed with classic brands you know-and-trust.
