Graphic Designer & Inventory Coordinator

We’re looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer & Inventory Coordinator who enjoys a mix of creative work and operational tasks. This is a practical, detail-oriented role—ideal for someone with strong graphic design skills who also doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to help manage products and fulfill orders.

This is not a fully creative agency role and not an entry-level training position—we’re seeking someone in that “middle ground” who is dependable, adaptable, and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

What You’ll Do

Design, prepare, and modify client artwork (print + digital) using Adobe Creative SuiteEnsure files are accurate and ready for print and distributionMaintain and organize product inventory; monitor stock levels and coordinate reprintsProcess and ship online orders (packing boxes, printing labels, etc.)Update product listings and perform basic website maintenance (WordPress)Pull and organize reporting data from website toolsBuild and manage online forms (Formsite)Maintain internal content platforms (Showpad)What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of graphic design experienceComfortable working in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong attention to detail, especially with file setup and layout accuracyHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projectsWillingness to split time between design work and light warehouse/shipping tasksAble to manage routine tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentTeam player who can take direction and feedback wellPhysically able to lift and move product boxes as neededThis Role Is a Great Fit for Someone Who:
