We’re looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer & Inventory Coordinator who enjoys a mix of creative work and operational tasks. This is not a fully creative agency role and not an entry-level training position—we’re seeking someone in that “middle ground” who is dependable, adaptable, and enjoys wearing multiple hats. Design, prepare, and modify client artwork (print + digital) using Adobe Creative SuiteEnsure files are accurate and ready for print and distributionMaintain and organize product inventory; monitor stock levels and coordinate reprintsProcess and ship online orders (packing boxes, printing labels, etc. 2–4 years of graphic design experienceComfortable working in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong attention to detail, especially with file setup and layout accuracyHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projectsWillingness to split time between design work and light warehouse/shipping tasksAble to manage routine tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentTeam player who can take direction and feedback wellPhysically able to lift and move product boxes as neededThis Role Is a Great Fit for Someone Who: Tell us about your experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and which applications do you use most regularly in your current or most recent role.This role includes both design work and inventory/order fulfillment (including packing/shipping and stockroom tasks).
