Graphic Designer IV and III

Oneida Professional Services is seeking highly skilled Graphic Designers (Levels III & IV) to support multimedia, eLearning, and visual design initiatives for the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE). These roles create high-quality graphics, animations, user interfaces, and multimedia elements that directly support medical training programs for Army personnel. Graphic Designers at Levels III and IV apply expert design principles, advanced technical capability, and creativity to produce modern, engaging, medically accurate visual products. • Combine graphics with animation to create multimedia content for eLearning, web, and video/film applications. • 15+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or UX design.
