DescriptionPosition at SBM Management. SBM Management is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team! Serves as design point person to fulfill assignments for customer‑facing and internal projects. Range of projects includes mock‑ups of design concepts, presentations, print collateral, multimedia, Website content management and Web graphics, promotional items.ResponsibilitiesManages multiple concurrent projects, often requiring outside resources to produce the most effective designDesigns and works with SBM’s IT department to develop and enhance SBMSupports content development and design of SBM go‑to‑market collateralSupports marketing and sales presentationsDesigns and produces compelling print and web materialsDesigns and develops trade show materialsWorks/negotiates with print vendors and other contractors to ensure cost efficiency and high quality standardsHelps define and execute integrated marketing campaigns in accordance with SBM brand strategy and style guidelinesMaintains SBM style guide and ensures compliance internally and with outside vendorsTracks, benchmarks and maintains inventory of marketing materialsMaintains inventory of photo work, artwork, and film, and maintains marketing literature, archive files, and sample filesStay abreast of UX trends and looking for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worldsAdapts to the changing needs of the department, develops new skills, and assists with projects outside of normal job responsibilities as neededBe passionate about all things UX/UI and other areas of design and innovation.
