Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects and resonates. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for design, a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project. Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, proposals, collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, videos, and marketing materials Obtain input from others to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately Work with subject matter experts (SMEs)/engineers to create explanatory graphics for government bids and proposals. Bachelor's degree in graphical design, art, or related field 2+ years of experience in professional graphics design, preferably in a corporate or defense industry setting US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite and Microsoft Office Suite Proven experience in creating a variety of marketing materials such as mailers, ads, flyers, social media posts, signage, and handouts. Strong understanding of online and print design needs Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong organizational and project management skills Photography experience and equipment is a plus Video production and post-production experience is a plus
