Overview: McGee & Co. is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Brand Creative team, specializing in paid media campaigns and retail collateral production. Responsibilities: Paid Media & Digital Creative: Collaborate closely with Paid Media team to design high-converting ad creative for Meta, Google, Pinterest, and other paid channels Create A/B test variations and iterate designs based on performance data and campaign objectives Support paid and content videos with complementary graphics and visual elements Partner with growth marketing team to understand audience targeting and optimize creative for conversion Email & Marketing Support: Support marketing campaigns with weekly email production and promotional graphics Maintain consistency across all digital brand expressions and customer touchpoints Design seasonal campaign materials and product launch assets Retail & Print Production: Design in-store signage, product displays, and wayfinding materials for McGee & Co. retail locations Create print collateral including brochures, catalogs, price tags, and promotional materials Collaborate with Design Team to concept seasonal retail campaigns and window display graphics Ensure all retail materials meet brand standards and enhance the in-store customer experience Print Quality & Standards: Manage press checks to ensure print quality and color accuracy Create and maintain library of paper samples and printed color standards Visit stores regularly to audit signage and make necessary adjustments Brand & Collaboration: Maintain brand consistency across all paid media and retail applications Stay current with design trends in home furnishing, retail, and digital advertising Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail Operations, and E-commerce teams Participate in creative reviews and strategic planning sessions Skill and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field 4+ years of experience in graphic design with focus on paid media and retail environments Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design expertise Proven track record designing for both digital advertising and print production Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience with digital ad specifications across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and other platforms Strong understanding of print production processes, color management, and press checks Knowledge of email design best practices and responsive design principles Understanding of conversion-focused design principles for paid media Experience with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven design iteration Eye for typography, color theory, and brand consistency across touchpoints Understanding of retail environments and in-store customer experience design Preferred Qualifications: Experience with motion graphics or video support elements Background in retail or e-commerce environments Knowledge of growth marketing principles and performance metrics Experience managing vendor relationships and print production workflows Benefits: Remote or hybrid opportunity Competitive compensation + bonuses Comprehensive heath benefits (medical, dental, vision, pet) Open PTO 401k with 4% company match up to 6% Exclusive Team Member discount at mcgeeandco.com + access to Team Member warehouse sales Opportunity to be a part of a vibrant, inclusive, and innovative team McGee is proud to be an equal opportunity employer - we see the beauty of celebrating our teams' differences, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
