Requirements A current portfolio showcasing your best work A passion for design and a positive, can-do mindset Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop A talent for illustration or illustrative design and typography Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot between different design styles and clients A self-driven mindset—you take initiative, give attention to the smallest details, and thrive in a creative environment that is efficient but values depth over speed Comfortable collaborating within a team or working independently as needed Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills 5+ years of professional design and illustration experience Degree in Graphic Design or related field Experience with luxury branding and/or event marketing is a strong plus What you can expect Develop visually rich brand identities and communications for luxury real estate and hospitality clients Design across a wide range of print and digital formats including brochures, invitations, websites, calendars, email campaigns, and tactile, unconventional creative projects We work from a focused, quiet studio space designed to nurture deep creative thinking—paired with two work-from-home days per week (Tuesday & Friday) Skill development and growth are encouraged Central Phoenix office location with free parking, within walking distance of great lunch spots and coffee shops Break room stocked with snacks and coffee
