Our products are available across the US in over 4,200 retail establishments.Summary:This full-time (40 hour a week) position is responsible for completing creative and technical graphic design for the marketing and product development departments of The Royal Standard. Your goal will be to create impactful designs that capture and promote our company’s offerings.Essential functions:Effectively evaluate and manage time, resources and deadlines to produce desired products both individually and as part of a teamCompletes graphic design for various platforms:website home page bannerse-blasts across Divisions (i.e wholesale, retail, bistro, and Faire campaigns)digital adsWillingness to make edits and refine designs until they’re perfect and approved by uplineAssist with various print marketing designsAssist with retail store signage and wholesale showroom signageTakes approved creative designs from product designers and creates technical artwork for products to be used by suppliers in productionAssists with product package and label designAssists with technical aspect of pattern creation and product design as neededRequired education and experience:1-2 Years experience in graphic designAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically skilled in both Illustrator and InDesign.Ability to work under pressure in a very fast paced environmentExcellent communication skills via email and a creative and problem-solving attitudeTime management and multitasking abilities; deadline orientedKnowledge of different file types (JPG, AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, TIF, etc)Use feedback from other designers to continually improveLocation: Baton Rouge Store - Perkins at HighlandFull-TimeEOE Statement: We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
