With minimal supervision create impactful designs, concepts and layouts based on knowledge of best practices of layout and esthetic design concepts Collaborate closely with others to get feedback to improve and evolve work Determine size and arrangement of design materials Provide timely, original creative content leveraging best practices in graphic design Create visual representations that translate technical information and concepts that communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate customers Use a moderate level of independent judgment and artistic creativity to move designs from concept development to final design and hard copy delivery Execute superb team collaboration, workflow initiations and adherence to office and design policies and procedures Proficient in front end web design Perform necessary production work Build assets and post on all social media outlets Research new software and design concepts Stay abreast of technological advances in the industry in order to remain competitive Meet all scheduled deadlines
