Graphic Designer – Stark EnterprisesStark Enterprises is a full‑service real estate development company based in Cleveland, Ohio, with expertise in acquisition, development, leasing, property management, construction, architectural design, landscape architecture, marketing, and security.ResponsibilitiesThe Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s visual identity and brand standards across its commercial and residential properties. This role creates clear, consistent design work for both digital and print, supporting marketing efforts at both the corporate and property level in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.Working closely with the Creative Director, Vice President of Marketing & Communications, and other team members, the Graphic Designer produces materials that communicate ideas effectively, support campaigns, and ensure branding stays consistent across all channels, often managing multiple projects with quick turnaround times.Essential FunctionsCreative Development & DesignConceptualize and design a wide range of collateral, including ads, brand guidelines, postcards, brochures, newsletters, flyers, invitations, specials, signage, direct mail, and digital assets.Produce consistent, high‑quality brand imagery for corporate and property‑level use.Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and organizational standards.Digital Content & E‑CommunicationsDesign and coordinate e‑newsletters, including layout, visual design, and distribution.Support development of digital content for websites, social media, and online campaigns.Assist with video, web graphics, or motion content where applicable.Obtain and manage relationships with outside printers and production vendors to ensure quality, brand alignment, and budget adherence.Oversee print proofs, production specifications, and delivery of final materials.Support in‑house production needs such as presentations, mock‑ups, printing and assembly.Asset Management & Brand MaintenanceMaintain organized graphic archives, including logos, brand assets, photography, sponsor materials, and design files.Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all produced materials.Cross‑Functional SupportCollaborate with marketing team members and other departments to support campaigns, events, and communications.Assist with additional marketing and creative projects as assigned.Meet all deadlines established by the Creative Director and Vice President of Marketing.Other ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate company core values consistently.Complete additional tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field required or combined relevant experience.Minimum 3+ years of graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill.Strong conceptual design abilities and a proven ability to translate ideas into compelling visual solutions.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (Mac & Microsoft suite).Web design/WordPress or video production experience is a plus.Strong understanding of print layout, development, and production processes.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.Experience crafting compelling marketing copy for public facing audiences.Experience using Meta Business Suite to manage multiple social accounts preferred.Creative thinker with strong visual problem‑solving aptitude.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.Strong communicator with collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.Commitment to maintaining brand integrity and design quality.BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid Holidays401(k) with Employer MatchHealth, Dental, Life Insurance, and Long‑Term Disability InsuranceAdditional DetailsFLSA Status: Exempt, Full‑TimeTravel: Up to 5%Reports To: Creative DirectorDirect Reports: N/ARequired to work minimum of 2 weekends of events per yearEqual Opportunity EmployerAs an Equal Opportunity Employer, Stark Enterprises is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
