Overview Brady Corporation is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the team. We are looking for a customer-centric creative skilled in traditional and digital design, passionate about building seamless brand experiences. You will design diverse assets—primarily print catalogs and direct mail—plus digital content for Seton and Emedco. Collaborating with marketing and creative teams, you will produce branded materials focused on sales conversion, direct response, and lead generation.What You’ll Be Doing Design diverse print and digital assets, including catalogs, flyers, and emails, to drive sales and lead generation.Strategically engage customers across all journey stages.Ensure timely, accurate delivery while collaborating with peers and stakeholders.Act as a strategic advisor to deliver fresh, brand-aligned design solutions.Manage image collections from processing to multi-format application.Balance production-heavy and artistic projects across 80,000+ products and various industries.Oversee supplier relationships, including printers and photographers.Uphold brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency and voice.What You Will Need To Be Successful BA/BS in Graphic Design or equivalent experience1-3 years agency or in-house design experienceExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat); Dreamweaver is a plusProficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong layout, typography, and creative problem-solving skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities under pressureCommitment to staying current on industrial product design trendsDeep understanding of the graphic production processExperience with project management software and agile/iterative workflowsKnowledge of digital asset and library management is a plusPortfolio required; must be willing to complete a sample project if a finalistAbout Brady Brady makes products that make the world a safer and more productive place.
