Nurture, maintain, and execute a shared alignment of CUBE 3’s brand.Carry assignments from concept through production, including marketing collateral, brochures, booklets, interactive presentations and templates in close coordination with our Marketing Coordinator.Design signage, environmental graphics and brand alignment across all offices.Support the Marketing Team with design and coordination of all required assets, collateral, and stationery.Content CollateralDesign firm submissions for awards submittals, publications, and newsletter pieces.Assist with content design and development for website and social media, including creating graphics, video creation, and editing.Advertising: design advertisement graphics.Design and production of all event‑related marketing materials and communications, online and offline, booth graphics and other marketing collateral; interfacing with print vendors as necessary.Maintain the CUBE 3 website with new project pages and updated graphics in close alignment with Marketing Coordinator.Internal CommunicationsResponsible for maintaining the firm’s Intranet site with all internal‑facing communications.Assist Marketing Coordinator with graphics for internal firm events and other special projects.Support Business Development TeamDesign and delivery curated RFPs, qualifications packages, contracts and other RFP / RFQ requirements.Work with various team members to produce illustrations, infographics, complex long‑format documents, and interactive presentations.RequirementsExperience and EducationMinimum of 5+ years related experience in graphic design in a professional office setting.Post‑secondary degree in graphic design, or an equivalent level of experience.Strong portfolio of work including finished designs; concept drawings/process books a plus.Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry a plus.Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; essential for conveying design, speaking with senior leaders, and driving design conversations.Strong creative, organizational, and personal skills.Strong typography, layout and conceptual skills.Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.Solid professional service, effective time management, and cost consciousness.Resourcefulness in solving problems.Excellent people skills and an upbeat, enthusiastic attitude.Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.CUBE 3 has been built around great team members.
