Applicants must provide a portfolio of current work that demonstrates their design skill set and a resume to be considered for this position.TOTAL Advertising, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.ExperienceThe ideal candidate for this position is a professional and energetic team player who is able to multi-task effectively, offer quick and accurate responses, articulate issues and concerns professionally, and provide creative input to help advance client’s brands.DutiesFull-Time | In-Office, 5 Days a weekAccurately complete design requests for marketing materials such as digital ads, emails, social media posts, flyers, etc. for a wide range of industriesCreate and design layouts for print materialsFollow creative direction and demonstrate innovation and creativity when developing concepts, design and illustrations for marketing materialsResize and adapt current designs or campaigns to alternate layoutsUpdate creative and text content on client WordPress sitesRevise, edit and proofread text copy at a high level (for creative content) as neededPrioritize job assignments and projects based on internal and client needKeep track of and report time spent for each assignmentPerform other duties as assignedSkills / QualificationsQualificationsMinimum Experience: One (1) internship in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or similar position in-house or at an ad agencyStrong organization skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a small teamFile management, naming, and organization skillsProven understanding of typography usage, layout design, and print productionExperience designing for social media, print, and digitalBasic copy editing and knowledgeUp to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketingDesign SkillsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with previous experience working in InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopProficient in CanvaExperience working in WordPress: updating text, photos, and linksBasic HTML understanding is a plusFigma experience is a plusOtherPlease provide pay requirements and anticipated start date!Please reach out to the Creative Team with position specific questions.All TOTAL Employees will receive free, covered parking in the Barclay Damon Building.#J-18808-Ljbffr
