The Lip Bar is looking for a highly skilled and detail obsessed Graphic Designer who has a deep expertise in packaging design and can take concepts and ideas to create a visual representation for the brand. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to build cohesive brand experiences that stand out online and on shelves.ResponsibilitiesConcept, design, and execute packaging for new product launches and core line refreshes, from die-lines to production-ready filesCreate marketing assets including social media assets, website content, campaign toolkits, and retailer collateralPartner with Product Development and Marketing to ensure packaging meets functional needs, regulatory requirements, and retail complianceManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring design excellence and on-time deliveryWork closely with external vendors and printers to review proofs and ensure flawless production qualityMaintain brand consistency across all platforms and creative executionsCollaborate internally as well as with clients to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platformsKeeping informed on latest trends and forecasts and generating fresh concepts for testing cross channelsQualificationsDeep understanding of packaging mechanics, print techniques, and pre-press standards3–5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in beauty, CPG, lifestyle, or similar categoryExpert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion, 3D, or AI concepting is a plusStrong portfolio showcasing packaging and marketing design workAbility to translate strategy and briefs into compelling creative concepts#J-18808-Ljbffr
