Behind their popularity and success is a marketing team that works passionately to create immersive and innovative guest experiences, and build awareness of the two iconic attractions through partnerships, promotions, brand affinity, advertising, and campaigns.We are looking for a leader who believes that we create our future today and will help the team deliver experiences that will inspire and form lasting memories.We are looking for a Team Member with initiative who can own it and be the expert in what they do, working within a supportive collaborative environment.We are looking for a solutions-oriented creative thinker who can work smarter, not harder and help others do the same.Our Marketing & PR team works in an environment that is fast-paced, high volume, and high profile. ), and half of their time working on new projects (i.e. seasonal campaigns, new experiences in retail and food & beverage, and executive/shareholder projects).Manages design requests using project management software and ensures completion of tasks within deadlines.Coordinates production of company collateral (flyers, menus, signage, brochures, etc.) Use understanding of customer behavior to solve real Guest problems.Play a role in branded experience development in partnership with the Marketing, Public Relations, and Technology teams.Be an active contributing member of a culture of creative thinking and innovation with internal teams as well as external partners.Measure success in terms of business metrics.Mandatory attendance for New Year’s Eve (December 31).Managing relationships with vendors.QualificationsDesign chops – you are a super user of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and InDesign, and can perform tasks quickly and flawlessly.Independent and well-organized with strong project management skills using online project management tools (our team uses ClickUp).You’ve got to care about people, and be passionate about our Guests.
