Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob description:Create design concepts for brand-new product and packaging projects.Develop layout and production designs for packaging, presentations, and merchandising displays. Create attractive and exciting social media and website imagery.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years relevant work experienceSkill in generating original design concepts, developing multiple iterations, refining designs, and producing final production-ready artwork.Proficiency presenting and defending design concepts to management.Experienced with all Adobe Suite programs: Illustrator, PhotoShop and inDesign.Familiar with Mac OSXExperience with both product and lifestyle photography as well as studio lightingA good understanding of current design trendsExperience with Microsoft PowerPoint & creating product presentations.Proficient in self-editing graphic design work (accuracy in creative placement, spelling, grammar, formatting, etc. )Strong project management skills to manage multiple tasks and completing deadlines.Photography skills - PlusPrevious experience designing product packaging - Plus Experience with 3D design and/or CAD software - PlusJob Expectations: Willingness to learn new programs, skills, and processesOpen-minded approach to design challenges and project feedbackVersatilityProblem solvingAble to take direction Team player under intense deadlines, direction changes, and heavy workloads.Work on sitePlease submit the following:Portfolio - demonstrating skills in required software programs, and any other artistic/creative skill sets including sketching/drawing, painting, illustration, logo design, ad design, web design, etc...
