Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and is skilled with every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable. Work with the creative team to develop creative and innovative ideas that keep our brand current while following Hawthorne's brand guidelines. Ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment. DAY-TO-DAY TASKS: Marketing Collateral Promotional Products Digital Advertisements Internal Communications and Programs Signage Logos and Branding Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system. BA/BS Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred, but not required OR 3 years of professional experience.
