The role also involves adhering to brand guidelines for color and layout, with additional preferred skills, including proofreading, copywriting, motion graphics, and experience in training, instructional design, or hospitality.How You'll Shine:Conceptualize creative new training content layouts and/or reimagine existing training content (including training decks, manuals, presentations, and eLearning)Support ongoing maintenance to all sales and marketing training materials as created by the Instructional Design teamCollaborate with other Instructional Design team members to proofread, copywrite and monitor accuracy of training content as neededCreate and test new eLearning and multimedia templates to implement in sales trainingResearch industry trends to provide professional recommendations and direction of content designWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Experience Design or related fieldsMust be expert-level in creating design layouts (InDesign) and illustrations (Illustrator)Passion for design and creativity, trending ideas, branding, typography, logos, illustration, motion graphics, shapes and colors, and photographyMust be able to handle multiple projects and meet corporate project deadlinesDemonstrates excellence in communication skillsPossess a positive, can-do attitudeStrong written and presentation skillsStrong quality assurance/editing skillsStrong experience in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat) as well as FigmaProficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePointComfort using LMS (Learning Management System) and/or CMS (Content Management System), a plus5-7 years minimum experience as a Graphic Designer in a related fieldHospitality/timeshare experience is a plusExperience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.How You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
