This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design work aligns with strategic goals and consistently maintains high-quality standards across various platforms.What You Will Do:Research, plan and execute ideas from concept to final creative.Develop strategic designs that translate across various platforms and mediums.Incorporate fresh design ideas into projects while adhering to brand standards.Navigate and adhere to file management system.Prepare and optimize final print and digital assets within project deadlines.Successfully multi-task and work on multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced environment.Offer smart and thoughtful creative solutions to a brief or project.Collaborate with other designers, Marketing team and peers.Work cross-departmentally and support special projects as needed.Collaborate effectively with vendors and outside agencies.Maintain a positive work environment with high creative standards.How You Will Shine:Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.At least 2 years of experience at similar brand in quick service and or retail space.Strong, well-rounded portfolio demonstrating expertise in print, digital, and branding design.Proficient in key design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Deep understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, with experience in both traditional print and digital design.Experience creating a range of print and digital assets, such as store signage, sales collateral, out-of-home materials, email campaigns, websites, apps, social media, and paid media.Knowledge of UI, UX, e-commerce, and menu design is a plus.Familiarity with digital asset management platforms, motion graphics, animation, video editing, HTML, and CSS is a plus.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative, open to feedback, and able to work effectively within a team.Self-starter with the ability to independently manage and follow through on projects.Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships and driving processes in a team setting.What motivates our team:Career Progression with a high growth, publicly traded company.Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offered after 6 months of employment.Modern office space in the heart of downtown Tucson.On-site Fitness Gym and Bike Share.Employee Game Room and Lounge.Free Unlimited Wash Club Membership.It's your time to SHINE!
