To be successful in this position, you will be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, show amazing attention to detail, and love being part of a team focused on Forever Improving!Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize and produce wide variety of digital and print graphic materials for all media platforms.Exhibit knowledge and expertise in creative marketing, current design practices, advertising and technology trendsEnsure campaigns follow approved Marketing and Communications visual brand standards and align across all channelsAbility to oversee and coordinate the entire production process to final delivery including understanding specifications and adhering to appropriate production standardsEnsure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the front-end web designWork with a wide range of media and use software including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Google Web Designer, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other graphic design softwareCollaborate effectively with Team Members throughout the company.Contribute and participate in design, planning and brainstorm sessions and meetings.Contribute to, and help drive, successful completion of special projects.Manage multiple projects and remain flexible through revisions while maintaining a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.QualificationsCollege degree in graphic design, advertising or marketing.Minimum 3-5 years professional graphic design experience.Software capabilities: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Sketch, After Effects, Premiere, MS Office Suite.Understanding of UI/UX design principles.Experience creating web graphics, and knowledge of modern and responsive HTML and CSS.Proven ability to work across various teams, communicating effectively and collaborating to deliver projects on time and to standards.Experienced in managing multiple, simultaneous tasks while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.Self-starters who have an excellent eye for detail and possess a customer-oriented focusExcellent organization skills.Strong communicator with ability to accept constructive criticism and be coached.Team player who enjoys collaboration, while also able to work independently.Additional InformationApplicants must include your portfolio or a link to your online portfolio for consideration.What We Offer:Come build your future with our winning team, recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the "100 Best Companies to Work For" 19 times!
