Reasonable accommodations may be made to help enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Essential Functions Statement(s)Produces graphic design artwork to support marketing efforts, in print or digital format:Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AcrobatMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPointDevelops and manages online marketing collateral by working in collaboration with the marketing team.Conceptualize design ideas and strategy from inception as outlined by NRP team membersProduces graphic design artwork to support marketing efforts using technology and computer software packages for either print or web site initiatives including but not limited to the following:Macintosh OSX and PC WindowsAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AcrobatMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookDevelops and creates collateral not limited to:Logo designBrochuresCommunity websitesPhotographyMaintains NRP standards, fair housing, and consistent branding with respect to all online and collateral developmentAssists with implementation of company and property “branding” and image initiatives.Creates corporate PowerPoint templates, presentations as requested.Assist in establishing and maintaining creating standards/style guides, and ensure adherence to those standards in all produced work.Other duties assigned to accomplish company or department objectives.Skills & AbilitiesEducation: Associates Degree in Graphic Design or similar discipline.Experience: 2-5 years of graphic design.Technical SkillsMacintosh OSX and PC WindowsAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AcrobatMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookHootsuite, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedInPosition QualificationsCompetency Statements:Ability to Learn - Maintains the initiative, self-motivation and willingness to learn.
