The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing design solutions with high visual impact. This role requires a deep understanding of modern design trends and proficiency in graphic design software.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand project requirements and concepts to produce high-quality designs.Collaborate with the team to launch projects.Use various techniques to create drafts, models, and prototypes.Produce final design solutions (like logos, banners, interfaces).Pitch creative ideas that enhance projects.Collaborate with team members to launch projects.Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects (e.g. color correction).Use feedback from leaders to improve work.Provide direction to less experienced designers and share professional knowledge.Ensure all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.Qualifications5+ years of experience in graphic design.Proficient in design software, including but not limited to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other graphic design software.A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. prototyping).Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts).Excellent communication and teamwork skills.A keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense.Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects.A degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field is a plus.Experience in user experience (UX) design is highly desirable.As a Consulting Graphic Designer, you will be a key contributor to our team's success.
