Your RoleWe are seeking a UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on user experience best practices and an eye for aesthetic details to design the first market-facing product for a new aging care experience.What You Will Be DoingCraft innovative, elegant, and usable digital interfaces across multiple platforms supporting user needs and business goals.Illustrate design ideas using sketches, storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes.Utilize Figma expertise—components, auto layouts, prototypes, style guides, etc.Collaborate with product owners, partners, and engineering teams from ideation to deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.Create robust design systems and interaction paradigms aligned with user needs and goals.Present designs effectively to stakeholders and product owners.Engage in user testing and research to gather insights for future product evolutions.Must Have / What You Bring2-4 years of strong experience in digital user experience design with a portfolio to demonstrate.A keen sense for clear, elegant typography and motion design.Experience with design research and user testing.Passion for creating design systems and delivering sharp, effective products.Excellent communication skills to convey ideas through designs to users and team members.Attention to pixel perfection and detail.Self-motivated and collaborative team player.Passion for designing within the care and health sectors.Nice to HaveAbility to work in an entrepreneurial environment.Basic understanding of front-end engineering to collaborate closely with developers.Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Psychology, Communication, Interaction Design, or related fields.Highly collaborative, results-driven mindset.Vaco by Highspring values diversity and encourages applicants from all backgrounds, including women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and others. #J-18808-Ljbffr
