This role blends creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaboration to deliver impactful visuals that support our clients' marketing goals. A strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency is essential.ResponsibilitiesDesign visually engaging layouts for digital and print materials, including banners, landing pages, emails, direct mail, and moreExecute work aligned with project objectives and brand guidelines across multiple clientsCollaborate with other designers, copywriters, and account teams to produce high-quality advertising piecesEnsure creative output is consistent, accurate, and meets production specsBalance multiple projects and deadlines with speed and efficiencyApply creative feedback and direction in a constructive, team-oriented wayStay current with design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to advertising and digital marketingPerform other design-related duties as needed or assigned by managerQualificationsBA or BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (Associate’s degrees will also be considered)Strong portfolio showcasing advertising-focused digital and print designProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and DreamweaverWorking knowledge of HTML and best practices in web designStrong understanding of typography, layout, and compositionAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentExcellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skillsA positive, flexible attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesCandidate should be located in Birmingham, Alabama, or willing to relocate #J-18808-Ljbffr
