This role reports directly to our Creative Director and supports two Art Directors. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, has exceptional communication skills, and a strong pulse on today’s digital and print landscape.This role requires strategic thinking and polished execution, helping to support the creative team in executing engaging customer facing experiences that shape the overall brand identity. Knowledge of visual design trends and production processes is required.ResponsibilitiesThe Designer will support the creative department in both concepting and creating emails, performance marketing campaigns, print ads, and social media assets.Responsibilities include:Graphic Design: Design and produce a range of marketing materials such as email campaigns, social media assets, performance marketing materials, advertisements and more. Agency experience is a big plus.Qualifications include:Must have prior knowledge of position/industry with 3-5 years previous experience in same or related field.Proficient in graphic design & print materials, Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) and Figma.Possesses strong marketing skills to both internal and external customers.Possesses creativity, flexibility and an eye for design.Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
