The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, a collaborative team player, and a creative problem-solver with a strong eye for design and editorial detail.Key Responsibilities: Graphic Designer will redesign and develop marketing collateral in accordance with brand standards Establish project timelines and provide regular updates to the team As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with the in-house design team to address and resolve design, print production, and delivery logistics Serve as lead designer on select projects, overseeing creative direction and execution Bachelor's degree preferred Technical degree, certification, or equivalent work experience required 3-5 years of professional design experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Strong visual design skills with attention to editorial accuracy and brand consistency Effective communicator with the ability to explain technical and logistical processes clearly Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines Strong interpersonal and project management skills Professional, collaborative, and positive demeanor Ability to handle confidential information with discretionThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
