From social media and website content to advertising campaigns and event collateral, you’ll collaborate across teams to concept, design, and produce high-quality visuals.The ideal candidate is both creative and highly organized, with strong technical skills and a deep understanding of both digital and motion design.Key Responsibilities:Design engaging still and motion assets for social media, email, site, print, and event marketing.Concept, storyboard and edit video, motion graphics, and animated content optimized for digital channels.Support campaign development with fresh, brand-aligned creative concepts and designs.Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet the highest quality standards.Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to deliver cohesive cross-channel campaigns.Contribute to the evolution of design systems, templates, and creative processes.Required Skills and Experience:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.Demonstrated experience in motion graphics and/or video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design across multiple mediums, including motion work.Understanding of designing for various formats: web, social, mobile, and large-scale print.Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines without compromising creativity or quality.Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and visual storytelling.A collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and direction.About Lumens:As North America’s premier destination for design aficionados, architects, interior designers, and contract professionals, Lumens offers a discerning edit of modern lighting, furniture, and décor.
