This role works closely with creative leads, copywriters, and internal customers to bring concepts to life.ResponsibilitiesAssist in conceptualizing, ideating, sketching, and designing future marketing concepts for upcoming presentations, projects and milestones alongside creative, visual merchandising and copy leads.Provide on-call design support to concept team daily refining concepts and deliver creative solutions.Ability to work through multiple applications in a timely manner to gain insight and establish creative marketing for deliverables daily.Responsible for working w/ design and visual function leads on organizing, cleaning design files in preparation for art release to vendors and cross-functional partners.Ensure all designs maintain visual consistency, align with brand guidelines, and support the strategic goals of internal communications.Qualifications2+ years experience designing and conceptualizing design for big brandsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and other design toolsStrong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding principlesExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-throughStrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceCore CompetenciesLead with Curiosity & HumilityBuild High Performing Teams for Today & TomorrowInfluence & Inspire with Vision & PurposeObserve, Engage & ConnectStrive to Achieve Operational ExcellenceDeliver Business ResultsBenefitsBath & Body Works associates are the heart of our business.
