This role is ideal for a creative thinker with 1+ years of experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows Adobe Creative Suite like the back of their hand. If you've worked in a creative agency or completed a well-regarded design program, even better. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Design campaign adaptations across POS, digital, sales enablement, and social channels Create and maintain templates for regional reuse, ensuring consistency and scalability Support light motion graphics projects (After Effects or similar) Ensure perfect file hygiene-your files are clean, organized, and ready for handoff Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing managers, creative directors, and external agencies Contribute to the evolution of our design system under the guidance of the Design Creative Director Education & Certifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Design, or related field is required.
