Job Description: The Graphic Designer serves as the lead designer for the Marketing & Communications team, producing high-quality creative work across print and digital platforms. The role stewards CCS's visual identity, ensures design excellence, and delivers projects aligned with the school's mission. Key Responsibilities: • Design leadership & brand stewardship: Develops and produces creative assets for marketing, admissions, advancement, athletics, and school-wide communications; upholds CCS's brand identity; serves as primary designer for campaigns, publications, digital media, and event branding; refines and maintains brand guidelines; oversees visual quality and cohesion of all deliverables including photography and video integration. • Project management & collaboration: Manages multiple design projects from concept to final delivery, ensures deadlines and goals are met; collaborates with the Marketing Manager to translate messaging strategies into effective, mission-aligned design; works directly with departments to deliver tailored design solutions; coordinates with external vendors and printers; provides design consultation across the school; approves major visual assets before public use.
