Position SummaryWorking independently, MECU’s Graphic Designer is responsible for developing high-quality, creative marketing campaigns, and deploying projects across the credit union’s advertising, marketing, and internal channels. The position oversees all creative assets across all platforms where MECU is present. Works with both internal and external contacts during the creative process from concept through implementation for all printed and digital projects. Employees in this role may apply for a hybrid work schedule after the successful completion of their 90-day conditional period. Diploma – RequiredBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or similar - RequiredExperienceThree (3) years in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Advertising - RequiredProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - RequiredStrong creative portfolio demonstrating relevant work - RequiredAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - RequiredExcellent communication and teamwork skills - RequiredCommunications and/or marketing - PreferredEssential Functions And ResponsibilitiesDesign artwork for digital and print media such as campaigns and promotions, social media posts, advertisements and sponsorships, brochures, signage, and other pieces within brand guidelines to engage audiences across marketing channels.Own the organization’s brand identity, managing all aspects of the brand throughout marketing and other materials, apparel, and premiums.
