Performs other related duties as required. Any combination of training and work experience which indicates possession of the skills, knowledge, and abilities listed below. Baccalaureate degree in graphic arts, with supplemental coursework in journalism or communications, or public relations, plus three (3) years of progressive responsibility in computer design and layout of publications. Comprehensive knowledge of graphic art design; manual layout work and computer-assisted graphic art programs; working knowledge of video, still photography, and voice recording production. • Assists in the production of videos, still photography, and sound recording support functions; evaluates, revises, and / or assists with the development of new programs, methods, and the dissemination of information; performs other related duties and assignments as required.
