Our team is looking for a highly creative, passionate, and motivated Graphic Designer to conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of print and digital collaterals for our brand. Responsibilities • Execute top-quality design work in line with company standards across a variety of mediums • Conceptualize and design content for print/digital collateral to support restaurants and company branding in a wide range of media (including but not limited to menus, marketing campaigns, website, e-marketing, social media graphics, print collaterals) • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion • Create/update menus designs for each concept • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that can be distributed/presented amongst the restaurants on a variety of platforms and media types • Create email and other digital campaigns • Develop digital assets for brand websites • Update brand guidelines and implement brand-specific campaigns, style guides, and processes to support creative operations • Assists marketing team with the development and execution of marketing campaigns • Daily support to JRI business growth and success • Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premier preferred • Understanding of typography, layout, color and graphic design principles • Strong illustration/2d animation skills • High-level photo retouching skills • Motion graphic skills strongly preferred • Possess an outstanding work ethic • Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude • Strong creative and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills and attention to detail. • Understanding of menu engineering • Experience with illustration, animation, video • Experience in the restaurant, food service, or hospitality industries While we are happy to attribute much of our success to the quality of food we serve, we recognize that our team members are what set us apart from other companies in our industry.
