Required Skills:3-5 years of graphic design experience, ideally within financial services, asset management or a similarly regulated and compliance-conscious industry.Demonstrated experience designing for sophisticated, high-end audiences within a premium brand environmentProven ability to work efficiently and independently, applying strong design judgment across imagery, color, and visual hierarchy while maintaining strict brand adherence.High-volume output capacity with the ability to deliver quality work across a large number of materials on concurrent timelines.Meticulous attention to detail, with clear communication and the ability to manage priorities, flag questions early, and keep stakeholders informed.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop in particular).Proficiency in digital design specifications and production requirements across channels including social and display, with an understanding of platform constraints and UX/UI best practices.Preferred Skills:Experience/proficiency with Figma preferred.
