Who You Are: You have experience designing a variety of assets including email, social media, site graphics, digital marketing ads, and print collateral. Qualifications/Requirements Min 2 years of experience as graphic designer An expert in Adobe Photoshop is a must – Photo retouching, image optimization for web and email Ability to create designs from concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of layout principles Tech savvy - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software/apps such as ESP, design, and team project management Detail-oriented with a critical eye for proofreading, color accuracy, and sizing Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator & InDesign Experience with HTML & CSS is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
