About the position We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team as a Junior Designer. Responsibilities • Design and create graphics for digital and print materials including but not limited to: social media posts, email campaigns, website banners, infographics, brochures, and training materials • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop design concepts that align with our brand and marketing strategies • Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality and engaging designs • Keep up-to-date with design trends and techniques to ensure our materials are visually appealing and effective • Work with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production of materials • Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Assist in maintaining and updating our brand guidelines and design templates Nice-to-haves • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus • Passion for emergency preparedness and saving lives is a plus Benefits • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunities for professional growth and development • A supportive and collaborative work environment
