We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Jackson, Mississippi. In this role, you will assist in developing visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
Collaborating with senior designers and marketing teams to create digital and print materials such as social media graphics, flyers, banners, and presentations.
Assisting in the development of visual concepts and layouts for various projects.
Ensuring all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and standards.
Participating in brainstorming sessions and offering fresh ideas to enhance visual communication.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Ideal candidates should have a strong eye for detail, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a good understanding of design principles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback are essential.
