Graphic Designer / Large Format Print Production Specialist

Responsibilities

Develop innovative visual concepts through art direction, branding, and digital art to meet client or project objectives.
Create and refine designs using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
Prepare detailed design files optimized for large format printing, ensuring color management and print readiness through prepress procedures.
Design layouts for print advertising, signage, banners, murals, and other large-scale media while maintaining consistency with branding guidelines.
Collaborate with clients and team members to conceptualize motion graphics, logo designs, typography for media, and web-based content including HTML, CSS, WordPress sites, and UI/UX elements.
Oversee the entire print production process—from proofing and color correction to sign manufacturing and final installation—ensuring high-quality output.
Utilize technical proficiency in photo editing, photo manipulation, video editing (Adobe After Effects), and digital design to enhance visual projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing print design, digital art, motion graphics, and branding projects.
Expertise in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma; proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics; experience with content management systems like WordPress is a plus.
Strong understanding of color theory, typography design for media, layout design principles, and print production processes including prepress procedures.
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience designing UI/UX elements for websites or applications is desirable.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate creative ideas clearly to clients or team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Technical proficiency in sign manufacturing processes and knowledge of color management techniques are advantageous.
