📝 Rquirements:
- We require a bachelors degree in design or a closely related discipline.
- We are looking for 5–7 years of experience as a designer in an in-house marketing team or agency setting.
- You should have a portfolio that showcases strong contemporary design work, including editorial layouts, print, static and animated paid media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- You need advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.
- You must bring strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:
- We create compelling visual assets for marketing initiatives across print, digital, social, email, video, and presentations.
- We partner with creative directors, marketers, writers, and project managers to turn strategic objectives into engaging design solutions.
- We develop concepts and carry them through from initial idea to final production.
- We juggle several projects at once while staying on top of priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving creative environment.
- We uphold and refine brand standards to ensure consistency across all channels.
- We prepare production-ready files and assist with final production as needed.
- We stay informed about design, culture, technology, and emerging industry trends.
- We use emerging creative technologies, including AI, to expand creativity and improve workflow efficiency.
