Graphic Designer (Linthicum Heights, onsite)

Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Graphic Designer to support a proposal we are bidding on for the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). Anticipated contract start is April 2027, subject to contract award and the Government schedule.

Create graphics, video, photography, and other visual products supporting DC3 communications and branding.

Clearance Required: No clearance required, but prefer active SECRET clearance

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, visual communications, or a related field.

· At least 5 years of professional graphic design and digital media experience.

· High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

· Experience designing, producing, and archiving custom graphics, branding vectors, video segments, and photography for federal or corporate communications.

· Experience managing digital media libraries and asset tagging while following style guides and Public Affairs Office (PAO) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and produce visual assets for briefings, publications, web platforms, and outreach.

· Organize and tag graphics, video, and photographs in a digital media library.

· Maintain consistent branding and prepare products for Government and PAO review.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is based on experience and contract requirements and includes medical/dental/vision benefits, 10 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available.
