Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist

The Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for: • Designing digital and print marketing assets including social graphics, email campaigns, direct mail, web content, and showroom signage; • Maintaining the look and feel of the Hoselton brand; • Design specific assets for organic and paid social, Google Search and PMAX campaigns; • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on developing integrated strategies and campaigns across the entire Hoselton complex; • Assist in writing and optimizing content for websites, email, and advertising platforms; • Ensure brand consistency across all dealership marketing channels; • Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a high-energy environment; • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned. • Multi-tasking is a must • Ability to prioritize workload • High motivation • Enthusiasm • Creativity • Strong attention to detail • Organization and follow up skills • Computer literacy and ability to type proficiently • Basic understanding of HTML • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects a plus) • Experienced with all social media platforms (content creation and ad campaigns) • Understand how to navigate traditional and digital media purchasing • Excellent employee and customer satisfaction skills • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and digital platforms • Strong organizational skills with a drive to execute and deliver high-quality work • Experience in automotive marketing is a plus, but not required • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills • Professional appearance and work ethic • Drug test required Overtime as needed and approved by the manager.
