With a clear understanding of the overall organizational strategy, influences and supports the design of Sutter Health’s brand and creative execution of the brand in print and digital media. Stays current on the latest techniques and technology, and then applies that knowledge to creative strategy, as well as the organization’s use of digital and interactive media. The candidate selected for this role must live in the Northern California Sutter Health footprint and come on site 2-3 days a week or as needed for work, meeting etc. Skills And Knowledge • Graphic design skills that focus on a diversity of graphic design projects and experience in project management, publication layout and pre-production work , including a demonstrated knowledge of color theory, composition, typography, logo and brand development. • Solid analytical, negotiation, and project management skills, including the ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization.
