Graphic Designer + Marketing Assistant

This position supports the Marketing and Community Relations Manager in all areas relating to the publicity and marketing of the group of restaurants within our Locally Grown Restaurants family, including: menu design and edits, project management, poster and signage design, website design and maintenance, merchandise design, helping with staff events, community outreach, photography, and other duties as assigned. The Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant has solid, on-trend graphic design skills, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, is a flexible team player, an adept proofreader, and appreciates the importance of meeting deadlines. The ability to change priorities with a moment’s notice is key, as are strong interpersonal and communication skills. Operations: • Collaborates with the Marketing and Community Relations Manager and the management team to achieve marketing goals • Participates in project management, including event planning, community outreach, merchandise design, etc. • Readies files for the printer and manages print projects • Is highly organized and efficient in how they manage their time, workspace, task list, and conflicting priorities • Travels to restaurants for regular meetings and print materials audits
