Graphic Designer Marketing Dayton, OH

Job Description: You’ll collaborate closely with marketers, writers, and other creatives to bring campaigns, products, and initiatives to life, while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution. Responsibilities Design and produce marketing materials across print and digital platforms, including but not limited to: • Sales collateral, brochures, flyers, presentations • Digital ads, social media graphics, email assets, and landing page visuals • Web graphics and UI elements • Event and internal communications materials Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across print and digital channels • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (XD experience is a plus) • Working knowledge of digital design best practices, including web, email, and social media graphics • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and apply feedback Benefits Our associates receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
