Graphic Designer Marketing Assistant

Company Description This is not a concept-heavy creative role. It's a production-focused position working within established templates and brand guidelines to produce clean, accurate, and polished marketing materials. Responsibilities Produce marketing assets using existing design templates (print and digital) Resize, update, and prepare graphics for email, social, and web use Support email marketing efforts, including header graphics, layout support, and quality checks Assist with marketing operations tasks such as light administrative work, data entry, and file organization Review materials for accuracy, layout consistency, spacing, and typos before delivery Collaborate with the marketing team using shared documents and Slack Nice to Have Experience using Slack Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp Experience supporting marketing teams in a service-based business (real estate experience is a plus, not required)
