Graphic Designer / Marketing Specialist

MHM Communities is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Marketing Specialist to join our growing in-office marketing team in Cleveland, Tennessee. This role is ideal for someone with strong real estate marketing experience and a passion for creative storytelling, branding, and visual communication. Design high-quality marketing materials including brochures, postcards, flyers, signage, advertisements, presentations, social media graphics, and email campaigns Create and maintain branding across multiple communities and marketing initiatives Design and update websites using WordPress and Wix Assist with Facebook advertising campaigns and digital marketing efforts Edit and create short-form marketing videos and promotional content Collaborate with leadership and sales teams on marketing strategy and campaigns Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and other vendors Organize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Assist in developing creative concepts for new marketing initiatives Experiment with and incorporate AI tools into marketing and creative workflows Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design and marketing experience Real estate marketing experience strongly preferred Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and marketing work WordPress Wix Studio Facebook advertising Video editing and content creation (Adobe Premiere or similar) AI experience or willingness to learn and experiment with AI-assisted creative tools Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and marketing strategy Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work in-office and collaborate with a team
