The ideal candidate has a creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to execute high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.This position is fully on-site.RequirementsGraphic Design & Content CreationProduce marketing materials in accordance with Cigarette Racing’s brand guidelines and quality standards.Design and produce visual assets for digital and print use, including social media graphics, brochures, pamphlets, banners, posters, and promotional content.Create engaging content aligned with brand standards and marketing objectives.Assist in maintaining visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, events, and partnerships.Coordinate assigned campaign tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.Assist with product launches, boat reveals, dealer initiatives, and brand activations.Photo & Video EditingEdit and enhance photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.Assist with basic videography and content capture as needed.Prepare final assets for distribution across digital platforms.Social Media SupportSupport the creation and preparation of content for social media posting.Assist with content organization and scheduling as needed.Assist with email marketing content, and digital assets as assigned.Ensure all content reflects Cigarette Racing’s luxury performance brand.Event Planning & SupportAssist with planning and execution of marketing and industry events.Provide on-site or remote support during events as required by business needs.Ensure event materials and presentations align with brand standards.Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to support marketing requests.Respond to internal requests in a timely and professional manner.Maintain clear communication and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.General SupportImplement revisions and feedback from leadership in a timely manner.Collaborate with the Marketing team on creative concepts and execution.Maintain organized files and project assets.This list is not exhaustive, and responsibilities may be subject to adjustment based on the evolving needs of the business.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing (specialized in Graphic Design), Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.1–2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, content creation, or a related role.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, etc. ).Experience in videography and end-to-end video editing, including shooting, post-production, and final delivery.Basic understanding of social media content trends and digital platforms.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and commitment to quality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common marketing tools or platforms.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.This is a full-time (salary/exempt) position with a standard schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, with occasional overtime or weekends. Boat shows may require travel to non-local events.
