Graphic Designer Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for executing marketing initiatives, maintaining brand consistency across all channels, supporting sales efforts, and managing creative assets. Responsibilities Serve as a brand ambassador by ensuring consistent branding across all marketing materials.Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Create digital and print advertisements, sales flyers, brochures, promotional materials, community plats, and marketing packets.Develop and distribute monthly email marketing campaigns.Create and update marketing templates for print, web, and email communications.Coordinate and manage company signage, promotional products, apparel, and branded materials.Maintain and update the company website, including home listings, pricing, status changes, and photography.Manage photography and drone photography for inventory homes, completed homes, and commercial projects.Organize and maintain marketing assets across shared drives and cloud storage.Advertise community openings, company events, and other marketing initiatives.Ensure marketing signage and sales materials are current in inventory homes.Work closely with Sales, Construction, CAD, Land Development, Finance, and Executive Leadership to support company marketing efforts.Assist with the execution and monitoring of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.Track campaign performance and help optimize marketing initiatives through basic reporting and analytics.Qualifications Works Closely With: Sales, Construction, CAD, Land Development, Finance, Executive Leadership, Commercial Sales, and Administrative Staff
