Graphic Designer - Marketing & Public Affairs - NORTH - Hartman Run Road

Summary Responsible for graphic design to support the implementation of specific tactics to achieve results for defined advertising, marketing and communication strategies, for brands of Vandalia Health, its service lines and supporting entities. Responsibilities Core Duties - Effectively work with account team to develop campaign objectives, conceptualize products, establish timelines for project flow, and the creative production process. - Commit to the quality and accuracy of all work produced, with strict attention to graphic standards and approval processes. - Consistently create compelling brand-aligned visual content to positively advanced brands of Vandalia Health. Competency in writing and basic editing, crafting creative work tailored to specific distribution channels, including (but not limited to) OOH, print, digital and multimedia platforms. - Remain current on design requirements for digital marketing platforms. - Maintain a thorough understanding of print layout for various publications and formats and the print production process. - Favorably represent the companies to vendors, media, and advertising solicitors to effectively maximize impact of marketing dollars. - Multitask and monitor several projects and accounts on a daily basis. Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively. - Attend meetings, conferences and community activities on behalf of Vandalia Health and its companies as necessary. - Ensure seamless integration through effective relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Education and Experience Requirements Education - High School Diploma or GED - Bachelor\'s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or very closely related field. Experience - Three years of Graphic Design experience, some health care design experience preferred. - Proven expertise in graphic design, with extensive portfolio of print and digital work and an understanding of the unique design challenges of each channel. - Adobe Design Suite mastery of complete complement of products including Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat. Experience and knowledge of additional graphic design programs like Canva and basic video production programs. - Must be adept with project management software programs and have knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs including Word and Teams. - Basic photography skills necessary, and more advanced preferred.
