Graphic Designer / Marketing Associate

• The Graphic Designer / Marketing Associate will report to the President and will be a key part of our Marketing Team, which is a small crew dedicated to supporting the sales and customer base of BHI. This person will utilize their creativity and organizational and communication skills to support all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts and work on a variety of graphic design projects for BauscherHepp. • Work for this position will be fast-paced and require skilled task management to meet deadlines. Create design solutions from conception to delivery with minimal supervision • Create and maintain BauscherHepp’s catalogues and catalogue assets • Coordinate and maintain good relationships with external printers and vendors • Collaborate with other designers on the global team and give feedback on their design work • Assist with conference, webinar, and event planning • Collaborate with contractors and agency for trade show and show room support as needed. • Communications and Media - Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
